Today I've found in my RR list new surprising AVG data about 30 RRs. When I've ordered my RRs on AVG value today, I've found about 30 RRs with AVG between 0 and 1,0 - very low AVG. This data came out of nowhere, because I every day check my RRs and yesterday I had no RRs below 4,0 AVG. This sudden data changing in my RR list is very confusing for me. And these RRs aren't new mainly. Most of them 1 , 2 or 3 months old. So it's impossible that the AVG is decreasing minimum 3-4 point within 24 hours. For example from 5,0 to 0,34. So I had to make the sad conclusion that there is some error with the AVG statistics display of the RRs. It's not reliable but confusing for me. How could I change my RRs correctly if the RR's statistics is not correct. How could I manage correctly my RRs on this huge statistics errors? Is there anybody else who have experienced similar situation? |

I also have the same problem, some of my referrals that I have had for months have suddenly turned into referrals that have only clicked once a day over a long period. I obviously would not have extended them with such low earnings. | |||

Hello, We are working on finding out what happened but i want to tell you that this doesn't affect your earnings since you have see from your statistics that your rented referral clicks did not drop. Most probably what happened is that on some rented referrals (mostly old ones) their clicks had reset to 0.And since you have them for a long time their AVG is showing that it's low even though the click since the AVG gets calculated by dividing the clicks of a rented referrals with the days you have him in your list. We are trying to find what caused this but i am afraid that the only solution for you is to recycle the affected rented referrals since this did not happen to all rented referrals/ members. The only reason to recycle these RR is to make it easier to manage your RR since these RR are active and normally they wouldn't need recycling.
