Hi guys, this page is created with the intention to help you to calculate your BEP. If you know your BEP you’ll know how much AVG do you need so you’ll don’t lose money on PTC sites.
How to calculate BEP and AVG?
Some basic explanation:
– AVG(average): Is the result of divide the amount of clicks of your referrals between a certain period of time, usually calculated on daily basic.
– BEP(break even point): Is the minimum AVG you’ll need to at least recover your investment. So main thing is to know your BEP so you can manage referrals to be more profitable for you.
Let´s see an example:
You rent referrals and as you know they’ll work for you for 30 days, before they expire and we need to extend their time so we don’t lose them besides the fact that we pay a small fee for letting they expire. We need to know how much AVG or money we need to earn to at least recover our investment, so we need to do some math and create formula for several types of membership standard and upgraded.
How to calculate BEP for Standard membership?
Referral cost is $0.20 (30 days period)
Referral Click Value (Standard): $0.0005
BEP Formula for Standard membership without extension referrals is: (A/C)/B
A = Monthly Referral Cost
B = Referrals Period (always setup 30 days)
C = Price Referral Click
D = Membership Cost
E = Membership Period
F = Amount Referrals
X = Extending Discount Referrals(25%=0.75 20%=0.8 18%=0.82 and other)
($0.20/$0.0005)/30=13.33 AVG
Or simply explanation you need 400 clicks/month from RR to cover his expenses. That is 13.33 clicks per day and that is your break point. If you have more that that you have profitable RR and if you have less you should recycle him or just let him expire.

Let’s see BEP Formula for Standard membership with extension referral discount : (A*X)/B/C
A = Monthly Referral Cost
B = Referrals Period (always setup 30 days)

D = Membership Cost
E = Membership Period
F = Amount Referrals
X = Extending Discount Referrals(25%=0.75 20%=0.8 18%=0.82 and other)

Example: You are Standard member and you have 100 Rented Referrals(cost $0.2 for one RR per month) that you extended to 90 days with 10% discount
($0.2*0.9)/30/$0.0005=12 AVG

For upgraded members calculating BEP harder.

Now let’s see BEP Formula for Upgraded member with extension referral discount :
[(A*X)/B+(D/E/F)]/C
At Oprimalbux at this time I have :
Silver membership duration 30 days cost $5
200 rented referrals with extension 150 days(18% discount), $0.2 cost per referral, referral click is $0.001
Go calculate:
[(0.2*0.82)/30+(5/30/200)]/0.001= 6.3 AVG
That is 6.3 clicks per day and that is my break point.

So I see what if I want wore profit I need higher membership and rent more referrals.My best choice - extend all RR's 150 and more days.I write here new example - Account membership Gold, 1000RR's and all RR's extended 150 days.
[(0.2*0.82)/30+(10/30/1000)]/0.001=5.8
If you will use this way, your RR's need made 5.8 clicks daily that you no loss from RR's.Upgrade cost included.

Unfornately, all this formula’s don’t give you 100% accuracy your profit or lose.This formula’s help calculate profit/loss only from rented referrals.
But your total site earnings…also you click ads, you invite direct referrals, you recycle your RR’s, you use deposit bonus or any promotions.Better way know how much you deposited and how much your withdrawals!
