sometimes the server is down and if i refresh it its up again whats happening? to the server?

Strange. It works always for me (Romania). Perhaps it is because your location, I noticed that the server hosting OptimalBux is using CloudFlare which is location dependent as far as I know. Have you tried using your mobile data - does it do the same ? |
