Good morning, I have a question, if I did one of the jobs in PAID TO SIGNUP OFFERS and then I get another offer from the same page, can I do it? How do I do if I'm already registered on that page with a job I did before?

Its a rule that you should never register again to the same site. The site will definitely reject another signup from the same person.
